Reset the workspace back to the seeded demo. This replaces all releases, tests, defects, risks and decisions with a fresh, coherent example. Useful after exploring or before taking screenshots.
No DATABASE_URL is set, so this instance uses an in-memory database that is seeded on startup. It is ideal for a hosted demo. Changes are not persisted across restarts.

The readiness score starts at 100 and deterministic penalties are subtracted for open defects, failing or unexecuted tests, weak coverage of high-risk areas, unmitigated risks and schedule pressure. A manual adjustment can nudge the result with a documented rationale.
Hard gates override the score: any open blocker caps the recommendation at Not ready, and open criticals, failing or unrun P0 tests, or low execution cap it at Ready with risks. The model is fully rule-based with no machine learning.
